The Steak Knife has a super-sharp serrated blade which allows it to cut through cooked meat with ease. The serrated blade effortlessly saws through the meat fibers preventing compression and thus retaining the juices and flavor.

A versatile knife, it can also be used in place of a Paring Knife for slicing smaller fruits and vegetables and other precision tasks.
