Returns & Exchanges

At PHYLUM, we want every piece you bring into your home to feel just right. Whether purchased online or in our Palm Springs store, returns and exchanges are available for most in-stock items within 90 days of purchase. Items and their packaging must be in perfect, original condition. For in-store purchases, a receipt or the card used for payment is required.

Special order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For online orders, customers are responsible for a $15 return shipping cost, deducted from your refund amount.


How to Start a Return Online

If you placed your order online, you can request a return directly through your PHYLUM account:

  1. Access Your Account

    • Click the profile icon in our store’s menu (or visit this page).

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.

    • Open the email from PHYLUM and copy the six-digit verification code.

    • Return to the store and enter your code to log in.

  2. Submit Your Request

    • Select the order you’d like to return.

    • If your order includes multiple items, choose which ones you’re returning.

    • Pick a return reason and add an optional note.

    • Click Request Return.

  3. Confirmation & Next Steps

    • If your request is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a prepaid return label.

    • A $15 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.


In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Purchases made in our Palm Springs location may be returned or exchanged in person within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in perfect, original condition, and you’ll need to bring either your receipt or the card used for payment. All Special Order items, final sale items, and purchases from the PHYLUM Outpost are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the process is the same as submitting a return. Simply start your request online or visit us in-store, and once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
