  • We are completely cashless and only accept credit card, debit card, and digital wallet payments.

  • We offer returns and exchanges of in-stock items within 90 days of purchase. Items and packaging must be in perfect, original condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt or card used for payment. Special order items are final sale.

  • Sign-up now and for every $500 you spend (pre-tax) over time, you’ll receive a $25 PHYLUM Reward toward your next purchase. Points and rewards never expire!

  • Shipping is free within the U.S. on orders $150 or more (pre-tax). For Canadian customers, shipping is on orders $250 or more (pre-tax). Exceptions apply, primarily for heavy/bulky items. Paid shipping rates are calculated on weight: Our current rates for shipping are $2 per pound within the continental U.S., and $4 per pound for shipments to Canada. International shipping may be available, please contact us.
