We love to ship! That said, we are a small-but-mighty team taking special care to get your packages delivered beautifully.
Processing & Packaging Time
Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to wrap and package your items with care and then get them on their way. If you are in a rush (we are no strangers to gifting emergencies!), please call, text, or email us right away so we can do our best to accommodate the urgency.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if one of these carriers is unavailable at your location.
Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping: please allow 5–8 business days once shipped to receive your items. Standard Shipping is $20 flat rate for orders under $150 within the continental US, and free for all orders $150 or more within the continental US.

Priority Shipping: please allow 3–4 business days once shipped to receive your items. Priority Shipping is $60 for orders under $150 within the continental US, and $40 for orders $150 or more within the continental US.

Rush Shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada: please call (760) 424-2110 for a custom shipping quote. We are unable to ship to additional countries at this time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders
If your order is lost in transit, damaged, or stolen, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work on a solution for you.
