Field Kit Candle

Field Kit is a Calgary-based fragrance studio built around minimal design and sustainable production. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in Canada using pure soy wax, a cotton wick, and fine fragrance oils, then housed in a reusable colored glass jar with a matte metal lid that doubles as a snuffer or a resting place for spent matches. Every scent is built around a specific memory or place, meant to tell a story as it burns.

The Solarium — Fig + Basil
Warm and green, this scent calls to mind a sun-filled greenhouse thick with ripening figs. Top notes of fig and peppermint open into a heart of basil, settling into a base of fig leaf.

The Greenhouse — Tomato Leaf
Inspired by dew-covered vines catching early morning light, this scent opens with tomato leaf and coriander, moves into galbanum and jasmine, and settles into an earthy base.

The Explorer — Bergamot + Ginger
An adventurous, spice-forward blend inspired by faraway travel. Top notes of ginger and bergamot lead into cedar and basil, finishing on sandalwood and patchouli.

The Sauna — Cedar + Mist
A cool, calming scent built around eucalyptus and rose up top, cedar and lily through the heart, and a grounding balsam base.

The Professor — Earl Grey + Apple
A cozy, bookish blend that opens with apple and bergamot, moves into rose hip, and settles into a black tea base reminiscent of quiet afternoons spent reading.

The Lumberjack — Birch + Smoke
A wintry, woodsy scent that opens with lemon and orange, develops into birch and fir needle, and finishes on tonka bean and vetiver.

The Florist — Fresh Flowers
A bright floral bouquet built on apple blossom, lilac and rose, and a base of jasmine and grass, capturing the feeling of a spring garden in bloom.
