Suggestions for use:
- Combine with goat cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and use as a stuffing for mushrooms, a topping for crackers, or a spread for sandwiches. This is great mixed with pasta as well.
- Enjoy on its own as an appetizer with toasted hunks of bread, crunchy celery, or Belgian endive.
- Serve as a topping for quiche, roasted chicken, or white fish.
